Truly outstanding and very informative staff did a great job. The location was marvellous, at walking distance from an enclosed mall. There was a nice restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

Some of the staff were lousy.

The rooms here are perfect and exquisite, with balloons; the location is marvellous and stunning, just a short 4-6 minutes walk from Ballenas Beach, really appreciated this place.

The location in a particularly nice area was marvellous and there were a market and gift stores nearby. And it was at a short distance from Dons Tacos & Burritos, ate there couple of times.

The location of this place for a family vacation with a 4-month-old baby was stunning and beautiful, very close to Mexico and beyond.

Its location was beachfront, a couple of blocks away from Ballenas Beach. I ate in the broiler restaurant nearby.

The hotel was beautifully designed. The staff, from the front desk to the waiters, were truly outstanding. The beachfront restaurant offered excellent dishes. The breakfast was marvelous and reasonably good.

I recently stayed at Kempinski in Cancun for a week-long vacation. The staff, especially Edith and Martin, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel offers a convenient money exchange service with a great rate. I loved the morning cookies in the lobby and the fresh fruits at the gym. The pool and jacuzzi were always warm, even in the evenings. The beach was stunning, although the waves were too strong for swimming. I appreciated the free late checkout and the delicious sushi bar in the evenings. Across the street, there is a fantastic restaurant called "Madero Puerto" with beautiful sunset views. It's also close to shopping malls and supermarkets.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Cancun that exudes elegance and sophistication. The service was top-notch and the food was delicious. The hotel also had a stunning view and provided all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.
